The products
Fivolv is a family of products.
Fourteen of them, in three layers. Ten enterprise components that each take one capability out of every processor and run it once for the whole bank. Two core processors, lending and deposit servicing systems that manage the account lifecycle. And a foundation layer that keeps the core answering under all of it. Every one of them deploys on its own.
Enterprise components
Owned once, shared by the whole bank.
Ten of them, each deployable on its own, in whatever order suits you. None depends on the rest, and each arrives beside the system it will eventually relieve.
eParty
One golden customer record across every product, channel and relationship. The enterprise system of record for who your customers are.
eConsents
Consent as a shared enterprise service: centrally governed, purpose-driven, fully traceable.
ePricing
A single pricing engine for the bank: relationship-based, real-time, and governed by policy rather than by code in each processor.
eProductHub
A central product factory. Define a product once, bundle it configurably, and take it to market without a release in every processor.
ePayments
Enterprise payments orchestration with intelligent routing, built for national real-time payment volumes.
eStandIn
Availability insurance. When downstream processors slow or fail, requests are held and processed on recovery, so the customer never sees the outage.
eOrigination
Multi-party, multi-product origination with progressive decisioning and automated credit workflows.
eCollateral
Collateral lifecycle control with valuation and legal integration, and exposure visibility across the portfolio.
eDocument
A metadata-driven document repository with built-in versioning and configurable retention policy.
eLimits
Enterprise limit setup and utilisation tracking across products, parties and exposures.
Core processors
The systems that run the account, taking it off the core at your pace.
Where the components share a capability across the bank, these take over the account itself: the lending and deposit books, and the classification that today waits for the end of the day. Each runs beside the existing processor and takes accounts across progressively, so the core sheds load portfolio by portfolio rather than in one cut.
Lending Servicing
The entire lifecycle of any retail loan account, from disbursement through repayments, restructuring and closure. Backdated transactions are handled as a matter of course, with the account recomputed from that date rather than patched.
Deposit Servicing
The entire lifecycle of savings, current and term deposit accounts: opening, interest, sweeps, holds, maturity and closure.
NPA Management
The bulk of NPA classification done as each transaction completes rather than in the batch window, on a flexible rule engine the bank configures on any attribute of the customer or account. When the norms change, the rules change and the core does not.
Foundation layer
Keeps your existing core answering, whatever the load.
While the bank moves off its legacy core, one layer protects that core from overload and gives the bank's operations team one dashboard covering every component.
Governor
Stands in front of the bank’s legacy core and protects it while the move off it is under way. It watches how the legacy core is responding, learns the traffic it can safely take and throttles the load before it stops answering. Every component’s metrics, logs and errors land in one dashboard with drill-downs, so an incident names its team in minutes.
Take one. Take them in any order. Take them at your pace.
No product depends on the rest of the family, and none of them requires you to take the suite. Each one arrives beside the system it will eventually relieve, on a migration pattern designed around your bank, with the old system live throughout and rollback always available.
